In celebration of Brampton's 50th birthday, local artists were invited to submit their artworks capturing the essence of Brampton's past, present, and future. From June to December 2024, a group of selected artists will have their work featured daily on the 24’ LED screen at Garden Square in Downtown Brampton. Recently, Deon Best hosted a highly successful Tote Bag workshop at the Clark Toronto. The workshop was a hit among students, who had the opportunity to unleash their creativity and create vibrant and beautiful nature-inspired tote bags. From vibrant floral patterns to bold shapes and designs, each tote bag was a unique reflection of the student's creativity and inspiration! The workshop provided a platform for students to express themselves artistically and connect with like-minded individuals in a creative environment. 🌺🌱🌸

When it comes to fostering creativity and self-expression, there's nothing quite like getting hands-on with an art form. That's exactly what a group of students had the opportunity to do recently, as they delved into the world of Modern Batik to create their own unique tote bags. The atmosphere was filled with curiosity, laughter, good vibes, and great music, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
